This site, designed to show support for BigL is showing distinct signs of dying. There are a few posts now and again, no lively debates or just pure arguments, no SUPPORT, so isn't it about time that something was done to resurrect this forum or are we all just going to fade away.
I know it's hard to keep the faith and believe in the grand return of the station, but something has to liven this site up or it will definitely go the way of many other forums----down the drain.
So come on guys and the ladies---start posting, who cares about the subject---have a laugh, post jokes, pics anything just to keep this forum alive.
This is normally where admin comes along and bans me or warns me off but I don't really care--I just want this forum and BigL to have support and live.

As the old saying goes "Look in at your Local."

If they were here Coastie then this site would be "alive" the number of postings have gone rock bottom and you know it---sarcasm about "the point is" is OK by me because my thread lured a few postings tonight. In fact a few more than all day long. All forums get a low period but we are now at the lowest so initiate discussion or themes or something and wake the place up--a dead forum is no good to anyone, just as an empty bar leads to pub closures.

Yep I agree, many of us look in on a regular basis but with the lack of info its difficult to gain any sort of momentum.

Thinking back over the last four years it makes me smile to think about all those trivial things we moaned about, now we are thrilled to have a vt'd programme.

I am sure things will look up soon.

Over the years Big L played some great music, one fun soung Ray played from time to time always made me laugh. Sadly I cant find it on I-tunes but its on You Tube, perhaps It may make others laugh and think or what Mr Anderson achieved (www.youtube.com/watch?v=dh5oaxyMt0I).

It wasn't meant as "sarcasm", it was meant to get discussion going, looks like it worked!!

With Neil Gates announcing regular programming on Cruisin531 starting all day next weekend and weekday breakfast shows, and the STRONG possibility of 1395 coming back, things are looking up.

I hope it will happened!

I go now 3 weeks to Portugal on holiday, so maybe when I come back is Big L on AM?....

Well, #6 - the problem is that all we do is discussing speculations without any realistic or proven facts or indices - so we will soon run out of topics.
It makes you tired discussing 'maybees' or 'wannabees'
And its also difficult to find other topics to give things a go.
I really would appreciate if e.g. former BigL presenters came back on here to tell us what they are doing now or give us their LINKS to the stations where we can listen to them (in the meanwhile..)
Well, there' s (as some members do know) another platform (not forum !) where this seems to happen quite well at the moment - but it would be nice if it also happened on here..
So, Chloé, Opal, Whombat, Steve Garlick, Shaun, Chris, Roger, ... - give it a go ! - we are your friends and we are interested ...
